Hello all of Newgrounds,
I am sorta of a newbie here and i have been trying to figure out how tocreat flash cartoons. I have been very confused with all the programs they have out there and i am just curious which ones are the best and how to use them.If anyone has spare time give me a holler thanks.

Who cares if you are a newbie, you will learn, and I suggest you get any FLASH programme from ADOBE, then go to flash tutorials here on NG (actually i its better to go to the tutorials first, you have a link there so you can get easily a free 30 day trial, so you get used before dowloading).
I dont suggest any kind of hacking, cause since I suck at it and get virsesevery single time I try, so the safest way (not as good for your wallet) is buying.
Other thing I suggest you, is getting yourself a drawing tablet, amazingly useful for getting smooth results.
